All products will ship in a USPS mailing box and should arrived within 3-5 business days. Custom orders will include shipment arrive by date in your proposal. You'll be provided a tracking number once it's ready has shipped.

All Minnieology candles and reed diffuser are made with love and we consider what ingredients are used. For candles, the soy wax is 100% grown in the USA, from farmers in the Mid-West. Soy wax is a completely natural and renewable resource. The environmental advantages of soy wax are non-toxic, biodegradable, and clean-burning. Cotton wicks with no lead. High-quality fragrances are phthalate-free and can be used in bath and body products. Reed Diffuser we use a reed base by Candlescience. The fragrances used in the candles and reed diffusers adhere to RIFM and IFRA standards for safety and purity. Fragrances are phthalate free and approved for bath and body products. Fragrances that adhere to RIFM (The Research Institute for Fragrance Materials) and IFRA (The International Fragrance Association) standards for safety and purity. Now that is something you want to know right? ⁠Candle burn time is from 40-50 hours for an 8 oz. candle and reed diffuser lasts 3-5 months. Minnieology also thinks of the environment when creating candles. You can reuse the glass container and lid for something else! When you are done with your candle, place the room temperature container in the freezer for a couple of hours. This will freeze the wax and make it easy for you to remove. Break it up with a butter knife and discard the remaining wax (it should come out in large pieces like brittle). Run warm water and use soap to clean the glass container. Remove label by using nail polish remover or goo gone. Reuse examples: store Q-tips, candies, beauty supplies, or place a votive or pillar candle. The possibilities are endless. Reed Diffuser can be reused as vases or you can purchase a Minnieology reed diffuser refill to reuse your reed diffuser jar.

Minnieology does not refund or exchange items. If an item is damaged during shipping, please submit a USPS claim to request reimbursement, USPS does not allow us to submit claims on your behalf. You will need to bring the box to the post office. Please contact us and we will do best we can to make it right if a situation occurs. Minnieology Gifts that are purchased on the website before 12pm ET will ship out within 3-5 business day. via Priority USPS. Custom Minnieology gift boxes will take longer as they are handcrafted. From completing your form to delivery, it can take up to 5-14 business days for the recipient to receive their box.. Minnie will provide the approximate shipping date once the proposal is approved and will work towards your due date.

To allow time to curate a gift box, it is recommended to place your custom order form 2-3 weeks from delivery date. Each box is custom designed and items are order once your approve the proposal. From completing your form to delivery, it can take up to 7-14 business days for the recipient to receive their box.

Nope! Once you approve your Minnieology proposal; leave the creativity to us! You'll provide input on the color theme and leave everything to Minnieology to design and create your order. You won't be tasked with fonts, colors, sayings, and etc. You are welcomed to provide any comments if there are specific things you'd like to have included in the box.
