5 Ways Scent Can Help You

Since I started making soy wax candles and reed diffusers, I have learned A LOT about scents, ingredients, and the benefits of using candles and reed diffusers.

1. It helps with sleep, reduces stress and anxiety

   1. Calming scents such as lavender, lemon, and citrus scents
