Haven’t Purchased Your Mother’s Day Gift?
Here are a few thoughtful tips to make her feel special even if she’s far away:
Order one of her favorite meals or dessert for take-out or delivery if you cannot secure a reservation. Let her know you have breakfast, lunch, or dinner covered. If she’s long-distance, you could set up a video call and set the time and order a similar meal to make it feel like you’re having dinner together.
Flowers from a local florist or pick a bouquet from a grocery store. If you can buy a plant, it will last longer, and she can transfer it into the garden, and every time it blooms, she’ll think of you!
Plan a video call with the family in honor of Mom. It will make her feel very loved! Houseparty or Zoom are great options!
